Responsibilities:
The Route Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day ground operations at the route level, ensuring timely bus deployment and smooth execution of services. The role involves coordinating with drivers for availability and punctuality, handling bus allocation, and working
closely with vendors to ensure vehicle readiness. The associate monitors live operations, resolves issues such as delays or breakdowns, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Objectives of the role: -
● To coordinate with the drivers and operators to ensure daily and smooth running of buses - To ensure availability of buses for all trips on a route wise level
● Ensure punctuality of all buses along with ensuring tracking, monitoring drivers, thus ensuring punctuality of buses.
● To ensure drivers' discipline during trips and train drivers on routes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :-
● Good knowledge of locations within Mumbai
● Basic knowledge of Computer Softwares like MS Excel (Data Entry)
● Prior experience in operations (freshers will also be considered)
