About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern who will primarily support the recruitment function along with other HR operational activities. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes and corporate HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals & LinkedIn
- Screen resumes as per job requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates & hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate trackers & databases
- Follow up for feedback and joining formalities
HR Operations & General Activities:
- Support onboarding & documentation of new hires
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR reports & MIS
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation (HR or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in HR & Recruitment
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
